*Dr. Vy Nguyen has always been so professional but at the same time makes you feel so comfortable & explains everything clearly.
Great doctor but sometimes hard to get appt.
dr nguyen is an excellent care provider
on a previous visit with my provider, she was very upset with me, because I didn't follow up with another provider to fax over my clinical reports being sent to her. she was very intimating and letting me know it was my responsibility to see that clinical notes would be sent to her. I explained i did tell the other provider to send the clinical notes. Present provider could've spoke professionally and ask me to have provider sent notes again. I did use the patient portal to let her know I was very hurt and felt intimating. nothing happened on her end.
Grandma, mom, and I all see *Dr. Nguyen - she's great!
